As a Certified Executive Coach, host of the Leadership that Shines podcast, and co-host of the Reignite Resilience podcast, Natalie brings expertise, energy, and authenticity to every stage. She challenges professionals, associations, and organizations to lead with intention and operate as recognized thought leaders in their fields.
Natalie brings a rare combination of strategic thinking, storytelling, and a deep commitment to leadership and service. She has worked extensively with associations and organizations to lead strategic planning sessions, deliver transformative workshops, and teach courses on business, professional, and personal development.
She is the founder of Leadership That Shines, a leadership training and development company built to equip leaders and organizations with the tools to perform at their highest level. As a licensed real estate agent in Colorado and REALTOR® member, her leadership within the industry has earned national recognition. She has served as the 2023 President of the Colorado Association of REALTORS®, the 2022 Member Services Liaison for the National Association of REALTORS®, and as the 2025 Realtor Party Fundraising Liaison.
Natalie's results have earned her some of the most respected accolades in her field, including the T360 SP 200 Watchlist recognition, the RISMedia 2023 Newsmaker Crusader Award, the RISMedia 2026 Newsmaker Award, and the South Metro Denver REALTOR® Association 2023 REALTOR® of the Year Award.
