I'm Natalie Davis

Natalie is the Founder of The Evolution Group Powered by Keller Williams Downtown, LLC and Leadership That Shines.

With a passion for leading and serving, Natalie has led as the President of the Colorado Association of REALTORS® in 2023, interim CEO for the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS®, served as the 2016 Chair for the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS ® and as a Board of Director for the Colorado Association of REALTORS ® and National Association of REALTORS ®.

Her dedication to the progression of the industry has been recognized by receiving the South Metro Denver Realtor ® Association Realtor of the Year Award (2023), Colorado Young Professional of the Year Award (2016), Colorado Association of REALTORS® Distinguished Service Award (2016), Fort Collins Board of REALTORS ® Rookie of the Year Finalist (2012) and Young Professional of the Year (2014). Natalie is also a graduate of the 2015 Colorado REALTOR ® Association Leadership Academy.

Natalie has been recognized in the RISMedia Real Estate Newsmakers Class of 2023 and SP 200 Watchlist of 2023.

Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication from Baylor University.
Natalie is a proud member of the Women's Council of REALTORS® Mile High Network.
