Natalie Davis is a certified executive coach with over 10 years of one-on-one coaching experience. She holds dual ICF certification and a Ninja Selling coaching certification, and she brings both to every client she works with.
She is also the Founder of Leadership That Shines and the Director of Community Growth at Keller Williams Realty, LLC. She has spent her career at the intersection of real estate leadership, organizational culture, and personal transformation. That means she does not offer theory. She offers what works.
Natalie was recognized by RisMedia as a 2026 Newsmaker. She holds a degree from Baylor University, has served on the NAR extended leadership team, and teaches fair housing and leadership content nationally through the National Association of REALTORS and the Center for REALTOR Development.
